Di grande stoffa.È con il Carlo Hauner che è possibile toccare con mano tutta la bella intensità dei migliori vini delle Isole Eolie. Un blend in parti uguali di grillo, catarratto e insolia vinificato in vasche di acciaio e lasciato maturare per alcuni mesi in barrique che nel bicchiere si racconta con unarmonia magica, in perfetto equilibrio tra freschezza e morbidezza, allungo e intensità. Ci sono gli agrumi e cè la frutta gialla, cè un tocco di vaniglia e un ricordo di burro di arachidi, sensazioni che sono inserite in un contesto che inevitabilmente richiama i migliori sentori del Mediterraneo, vero e proprio filo conduttore dei vini di Hauner.
