Gebruik
Het Hydrate & Perform poeder is een isotone mix van isotone dranken voor de lichaamsbeweging, die helpt om elkaar te ontmoeten tijdens het opwarmen (150 ml om de 15 minuten) en op regelmatige tijdstippen tijdens en na het sporten (tot 2 uur na het sporten) (150 ml om de 15 minuten).
