De truc van wokken of roerbakken is hoge hitte combineren met voortdurend omscheppen. Met deze Industry 5 wok met platte bodem ga je snel en goed aan de slag op elk fornuis. Zeker op gas en inductie. Waag je dus gerust aan gewokte kip met paprikareepjes, scampi’s in curry of noedels met rundvlees en erwtjes.

Met deze onverwoestbare roestvrijstalen wok van 30 cm doorsnede kun je naast roerbakken bovendien ook stomen, stoven én karamelliseren. Het solide 5-lagenmateriaal tot aan de rand verdeelt de warmte goed. De pan wordt heet in het midden en naar de randen toe geleidelijk koeler. Ideaal om te roerbakken.

Deze wok uit de Industry 5 serie ziet er bovendien schitterend uit en dat blijft zo. Je reinigt hem makkelijk en hij verkleurt niet, ook niet als je vaak met zure of hele pikante woksauzen aan de slag gaat. Daar zorgt de unieke Silvinox®-technologie voor.
