This professional shoulder‑mounting system is designed to transform the URSA Mini series into a balanced and fully mobile handheld camera suitable for film, documentary, ENG and live production scenarios. Engineered for operators who need fluid movement and quick repositioning, the kit enables rapid switching between tripod operation and shoulder use without disrupting the shooting workflow. Its integrated quick‑release mechanism allows the camera to be latched onto a tripod plate or detached for handheld work within seconds, ensuring fluid transitions even in demanding, fast‑paced environments.
Comfort and stability are at the core of the design. The molded shoulder pad provides ergonomic support across long shooting days, distributing weight evenly to maintain proper balance whether working with lightweight photographic lenses or heavier cinema optics. The unit is carefully shaped to position the camera in a natural shoulder‑mounted orientation, giving operators accurate line‑of‑sight and stable control during movement. This optimized geometry allows for smoother walking shots, refined handheld framing and more comfortable operation during prolonged takes.
Two front rosettes are included for attaching industry‑standard handgrips, offering operators additional stability and customization of control placement. Built‑in rail mounts support 15 mm rods, enabling the use of matte boxes, follow‑focus systems, lens supports and other cinema accessories. This level of expandability makes the system suitable for a wide range of productions, from lightweight documentary rigs to fully outfitted cinema configurations.
The kit is also designed to accommodate the URSA Viewfinder directly, ensuring that the monitoring position remains stable and correctly aligned when the camera is used on the shoulder. This integration enhances the overall shooting experience by providing a consistent and professional viewfinding solution during handheld operation. Together, the mounting interfaces and ergonomic design make the kit a vital accessory for any operator seeking smooth, comfortable and production‑ready mobility.
Built with durability in mind, the system is manufactured from high‑quality materials that can withstand daily professional use. Its mechanical components maintain tight tolerances over time, ensuring secure attachment and reliable performance in both studio and field environments. The combination of balanced weight distribution, mounting flexibility and rapid conversion between shooting modes makes this kit an essential upgrade for filmmakers who require a highly adaptable handheld solution.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas.
But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way.
Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters.
That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception.
SPOILER:
The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured.
I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4.
Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down.
There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.
