De R600 Cold Air Intake van RacingLine is één van de wereldwijd bestverkochte luchtinlaten voor de 1.8-2.0T(F)SI EA888 Gen.3-motoren en EA888 Gen. 4 motoren van het MQB-platform. De intake is zowel passend op auto’s met het MQB-platform, als de MQB EVO platformen. Denk aan de VW Golf 7 en 7.5 (R & GTI), Golf 8 GTI en R, VW Passat, VW Arteon, VW Tiguan, Audi A3/S3 8V en 8Y, Audi TT/TTS, Audi SQ2, Seat Leon Cupra 5F en FW en Skoda Octavia 5E en NX.

Bij deze intake is het mogelijk om voor twee types luchtfilter te kiezen, namelijk een katoenen luchtfilter of een schuimfilter.

De R600 Intake combineert OEM-standaarden en een OEM-uiterlijk met significante stijgingen in vermogen. Zowel voor originele als getunede 1.8-2.0TSI/TFSI-motoren.

Deze RacingLine cold air intake is ter vervanging van de originele restrictieve papieren luchfilter en de restrictieve luchtfilterbehuizing. Een groot voordeel van deze cold air intake is dat deze meer en koelere lucht doorlaat. Deze luchtinlaat met bijbehorende luchtfilter, is ontwikkeld aan de hand van flow-simulaties, waardoor er een optimale toevoer van koude lucht wordt verkregen. Door het ontwerp van de R600 intake, wordt er ook een koelere lucht in de intake verkregen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat er meer vermogen te behalen valt met de motor. Zowel in standaard uitvoering, als een motor met chiptuning en hardware tuning (bijv. andere intercooler, downpipe, uitlaat, turbo, etc.).

Ook het volume van de luchtfilterbox is vele malen groter dan de originele luchtfilterbox. De RacingLine R600 luchtfilterbox is voorzien van alle details. Zo is er een aansluiting aanwezig voor het originele afvoerslangetje.

Let op: Controleer voordat je deze R600 intake bestelt of je voertuig wel of geen luchtmassameter (LMM/MAF) heeft. Deze R600 intake is voor voertuigen zonder een luchtmassameter. Precisie ontworpen voor perfecte prestaties

De luchtfilterbox is vervaardigd uit PU Polyurethaan. Dit heeft als voordeel dat het een warmte-isolerende functie biedt. Hierdoor blijft de temperatuur in de luchtfilterbox laag. Je hebt voor de deksel van de R600 intake keuze uit 3 opties: de standaard deksel (kunststof), carbon fiber gloss (glanzende) deksel of de carbon fiber matte deksel. De onderkant van de intake blijft bij alle drie de varianten van Polyurethaan (kunststof). De carbon fiber varianten zijn lichter van gewicht.

Verder kan er gekozen worden voor een RacingLine Trifoam® schuimfilter of een RacingLine katoenen filter. Beide filters zijn met de hand vervaardigd en zorgen voor een optimale filtering en doorvoer van de inlaatlucht.

Bij de filterbox wordt ieder origineel bevestigingspunt overgenomen, zodat een perfecte pasvorm gegarandeerd kan worden.

Deze Luchtfilters van RacingLine zijn uitstekend te onderhouden met de ‘onderhouden en olie-set van RacingLine’.

As the item title states, it's a soccer ball with straps. It feels like a soccer ball, but smaller and doesn't make any noises. The 8 inch size just right for my 50 lb dog. He can't get his mouth around the ball, but can bite down on the straps as we kick it around. He also plays and tosses it around by himself. It's also easy to clean. It's a good item, but suffers from two issues. 01) The nylon straps are tough, but not as durable as I though. My dog is aggressive chewer and has managed to chew them up a bit. 02) There is a nylon strap that is longer than all the others, so he tends to focus on that one. After about 15 days of playing with hit, he's managed to chew that strap up to the point that it's almost falling off. It would be nice if all the straps were the same, larger, size.
