Onderhoudsvrije vlaggenmast van aluminium geschikt voor banieren, met een wanddikte van 3mm. Leverbaar in 70mm en 90mm diameter. Deze professionele mast is cilindrisch (voet diameter gelijk aan de top diameter) en daardoor zeer geschikt voor banieren en door zijn speciaal samengestelde legering ijzersterk. Daarnaast is deze mast standaard leverbaar in het wit RAL 9010 en in het zwart (RAL 9005).

Afwerking hijsbare baniermast 7 meter

Deze vlaggenmast is voorzien van een liersysteem, hiermee draait u eenvoudig de hijsbare banieruithouder mee naar beneden en omhoog. Om de banier te verwisselen hoeft u de mast dus niet neer te leggen. Maar draait u de hijsbare banieruithouder eenvoudig naar beneden met de meegeleverde slinger. Vervolgens vervangt u de banier en draait u de uithouder weer naar boven. Wanneer u de banier in top heeft verwijdert u de slinger. Uw banier kan niet worden gestolen omdat het touw aan de binnenzijde van de mast zit. Dit liersysteem is een uiterst gebruiksvriendelijk anti diefstal systeem. Wij kiezen er bewust voor geen “lompe” opbouw of kunststofkastjes te monteren, deze zijn in aanschaf wel goedkoper maar zeker niet gebruiksvriendelijker.

Hijsbare banieruithouder

De draaitop is volledig geruisloos en de uithouder is hijsbaar, in tegenstelling tot de meeste systemen draait deze hijsbare uithouder niet op de mast, maar draait het bovenste gedeelte volledig, dit voorkomt slijtage. Met het ontwerpen van deze hijsbare banieruithouder, is er uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt van hoogwaardige materialen. Voor het kunststof gebruiken wij het oersterke POM daarnaast is de draaitop voorzien van dubbele zelfsmerende RVS kogellagers.

Lengte banieruithouder

De banieruithouder wordt standaard geleverd voor banieren van 150cm breed. Is uw banier smaller dan kan de uithouder eenvoudig worden ingekort. Onze uithouders zijn daarnaast wit gepoedercoat, dit voorkomt afgeven van de uithouder op de banier. De banierstang kan er eenvoudig worden verwijderd zodat er eventueel ook een vlag in gehesen kan worden (er blijft een klein tutje over).

Bevestiging hijsbare baniermast 7 meter

Als grondbevestiging adviseren wij de kantelbare voetplaat. Het kantelanker of kantelvoet is een veelzijdige en duurzame methode om uw vlaggenmast te bevestigen. Hij bestaat uit twee delen: een scharnierend bovendeel en een vaste grondbevestiging. De grondbevestiging van de kantelvoet wordt in beton gestort.

Garantie en testen

Er worden continu tests uitgevoerd op onze vlaggenmasten. Daarom geven wij maar liefst 10 jaar garantie op breuk (calamiteiten uitgezonderd).

Verzenden of vlaggenmast laten installeren

Al onze vlaggenmasten en constructies worden geleverd inclusief duidelijke montage handleiding. Op deze manier kunt u, met behulp van deze montage handleiding, zelf eenvoudig uw vlaggenmasten plaatsen. Wij geven na dat u de vlaggenmast(en) heeft besteld zo spoedig mogelijk de leverdatum door.

Uw vlaggenmast(en) vakkundig geplaatst door onze VCA gecertificeerde plaatsingsdienst (mits er geen obstakels in de grond zitten zoals leidingen, puin, zware kleigrond of hoog grondwater). Het streven is om uw vlaggenmasten binnen 2 a 3 weken te plaatsen. Wij laten uiterlijk de vrijdag in de week van de bestelling per mail weten wanneer wij uw opdracht hebben ingepland. Om alles zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen, is hiervoor een planning vereist.

It was worth every cent

I have BPPV. It's a condition where tiny ear crystals come out of place and move within your ear canals - this fools your brain into thinking you're in motion, causing severe dizziness. The most common treatment is the Epley Maneuver, and that actually helps a lot. However, I was going through a period where every single day I'd wake up with severe dizziness. Even if I managed to do the Epley Maneuver and it worked, the entire rest of the day would be ruined because I'd still feel generally unwell and nauseous. I ended up getting a book about BPPV and the author strongly recommended sleeping at at least a 30 degree angle. So, that's why I ended up buying this wedge pillow... I started using it April 26 and today is May 17. Since I began using it as a pillow, I have not woke up dizzy again. That is so huge! It may be that sleeping at a 30 degree angle deserves 5 Stars but thought I'd give this pillow 5 Stars too, as it's been a great experience. If you suffer from this, here's how the angle should be...If you lay your head on a pillow and open your eyes, you should not be looking at the ceiling. With the right angle, you should be looking at where the wall meets the ceiling. If so, you know you're at the right angle. As far as pillow itself, I'd say the pillow case fabric is of average quality. Not really remarkable in any way. It seems decent. Good value for the price. The inside is firm (which is just what I needed) but comfortable, and I tend to not move around much the entire night. I like this very much and if it does start wearing out, I'll definitely come back here and buy another. Would recommend.

It's very comfortable doing both now. It does a really good job at being a nice support for the back of my bed. Only negative is I feel it's too firm. I wouldn't use it as a primary pillow, but it's definitely good for back support at least. While I won't mark it down for this, I do find it very large. If you have anything smaller then a queen it may take up more of your bed then you'd like. Definitely recommend. Hopefully will last quite a long while as well.

Nice wedge pillow but not enough...

It came compacted and when I opened it expanded almost immediately, maybe took like 20 minutes to fully decompress. Its soft and comfortable and the cover is really nice. But it does have a strong chemical smell, which is normal for this kind of brand new memory foam, I just put it on a table with a window open near it and after maybe 24 hours the smell was almost completely gone. The problem is that I bought this to have a elevated position when sleeping but the 30° are just not enough for me. I wish it was at least 45° but I could not find any pillow with that amount of degree... it's either 30° or like 75° in the other position. At the base of the pillow there is a little ridge that is comfortable for the lower back but makes me slide down in the middle of the night so I end up almost laying flat with my neck on the base ridge. With my slim build my lumbar area gets some nice support but makes my head almost have a "fall backwards" sensation, I like having my neck have a "push-forward" position with my pillow, but when adding another pillow to try and get to a comfortable position it only makes me slide down even more... :/
