Welkom bij Wijnvloot.nl! Wij hebben een pareltje uit Piemonte voor je gevonden: deze Barbera d'Alba DOC van de gerenommeerde wijnmaker Paolo Saracco. Het is een wijn die toegankelijke kwaliteit perfect combineert met een heerlijke smaak.

Deze robijnrode wijn, zoals we gewend zijn van de Barbera-druif, brengt je meteen in de stemming met zijn klassieke aroma's van rood fruit, aangevuld met een heerlijke geur van rijpe frambozen. In de mond proef je een droge, evenwichtige wijn met een fijne structuur en een mooie lange afdronk – precies wat je zoekt in een goede Barbera.

De druiven gisten rustig in roestvrijstalen tanks en rijpen daarna 12 tot 14 maanden in kleine én grote eikenhouten vaten. Na 6 maanden flesrijping is hij klaar om van te genieten.

Serveer hem bij een rijke pastaschotel, een stevig stuk rood vlees of wild, of combineer hem met een plankje gerijpte kazen. Een perfecte wijn voor een gezellige avond thuis!
