De unieke koffiemaker is nu te gebruiken door mensen die liever geen plastic willen gebruiken. Dit betekent helaas wel dat deze uitvoering niet meer makkelijk mee te nemen is op vakantie. De AeroPress is door zijn uitvinder Alan Adler bedacht om, zonder dure apparatuur, espresso te zetten. Wat hij waarschijnlijk niet voor ogen had was dat de AeroPress een complete 'cult-following' kreeg en er er over de hele wereld wedstrijden gehouden worden om de lekkerste koffie met een Aeropress te zetten! Wij zetten dan zelf ook met regelmaat een Aeropress, niet ter vervanging voor een espresso, maar voor een prachtige kop filterkoffie die de werelden van 'pour-over' en 'french press' met elkaar trouwt!


    Het succesverhaal van de AeroPress

    De AeroPress is bedacht in 2003 door Stanford-ingenieur Alan Adler en na 30 prototypes geïntroduceerd in November 2005 op Coffee Fest Seattle. Dankzij een perfecte samenkomst van eigenschappen is de AeroPress uitgegroeid tot een wereldwijd fenomeen onder koffieliefhebbers. Wat begon als een project om betere koffie te zetten, resulteerde inmiddels dan ook in meer dan een miljoen verkochte exemplaren en een eigen kampioenschap genaamd World AeroPress Championship.

This Coachi Tuggi Hide is exactly what I was searching for to help build drive in my little German Shepherd pup. The fact that I can tuck treats into the pocket and use it for a tug game? Genius. Let’s talk about that stretchy bungee handle – wow. It adds just the right amount of give and makes it easier on both of us during play. Plus, the padded handle is honestly one of my favorite features. I can play longer without discomfort, and the padding is legit comfortable. It’s super sturdy and ridiculously durable. I know I said “durable” like three times, but seriously—it deserves it. It’s also super soft, which is great for a teething puppy. The treat pocket is a great idea, though I will say it took me a minute to find it at first. Once I did, I noticed the handle actually runs deep into the toy. That’s great for strength, but do make sure you get all the treats out before storing. I also love the blue color, and the size is perfect for tugging and engaging a puppy. One small design tweak I’d suggest? Making the treat pocket a little longer or adjusting that hook-and-loop closure—it’s a bit short for how deep the pocket goes. That said, this toy is a total win. It’s a training tool, not a chew toy, so I don’t leave it out unsupervised. When we use it together, it’s pure gold. My puppy loves it, I love it, and our training sessions are so much more fun now.
