Zeer mooie Leica I naar II conversie, compleet met vroege Leitz 50mm f3.5 Elmar lens. In het verleden was het mogelijk om de camera's bij Leica te upgraden. In dit geval heeft een van de vorige eigenaren zijn Leica I geüpgraded naar een Leica II. Na de upgrade werd de camera geleverd met een rangefinder. De upgrade was destijds vrij duur, maar natuurlijk interessanter dan het kopen van een nieuwe camera. De camera is in uitstekende staat met enkele zeer kleine gebruikssporen. Technisch is het in perfecte werkende staat. Sluitertijden zijn nauwkeurig. Zoeker is helder en contrastrijk. Het rechtervenster aan de achterkant vertoont een barst, zoals op de laatste foto te zien is, maar voor gebruik geen probleem vormt. De lens is vrij interessant, aangezien dit een vroege lens is met een korte tubus. De meeste van deze lenzen zijn ook geüpgraded, maar deze niet. Enige aanslag is zichtbaar tussen de lensdelen. Geweldige camera voor gebruik of verzameling.
