Alla vista rosso rubino, intenso. Al naso emergono subito delicate note di amarena, marasca e di piccoli frutti di bosco maturi, quali mora e mirtilli. In bocca è intenso,profondo ed armonico, ben equilibrato. I tannini si presentano setosi ed eleganti. Finale persistente e mediamente lungo.Questo Alto Adige Südtirol Pinot Nero DOC della cantina Hartmann è prodotto grazie ad una delicata e attenta lavorazione delle uve. I lieviti naturali fanno fermentare, per 3-4 settimane, nei tini in rovere, il Pinot Nero a contatto con le bucce in modo del tutto naturale e delicato. Laffinamento in botti di legno per 23 mesi e un ulteriore breve affinamento in bottiglia danno a questo Pinot Nero il tempo necessario per esprimere appieno la sua spiccata personalità.
Perfetto da abbinare ad un primo piatto tipico della cucina tirolese come i canederli allo speck.
