Ga je juist decline op de bank liggen (met je hoofd lager dan je middel), dan 'pak je' meer de onderkant van je borst. Deze multifunctionele bank biedt beide mogelijkheden, want de rugleuning is in te stellen in maar liefst negen verschillende standen.
