Als de trossen zijn geperst rijpt de gehele wijn maar liefst vier maanden in de kelders van Frescobaldi. Een belangrijke periode voor deze Danzante Pinot Grigio, want hij bouwt heel veel kracht op. Zonder de verfijnde frisheid te verliezen. De wijnmakers weten precies de goede snaar te raken met hun Pinot Grigio, want hij heeft veel geuren en smaken maar ook verfijnde tannine's en de mooiste lichte zuren. Zo moet een top Pinot Grigio zijn, vergeet daarom nooit meer deze witte Danzante wijn.Danzante Pinot Grigio in geur en smaak
Zodra de fles open gaat ruik je direct een Italiaanse wijn geur, heerlijk. Doe je ogen dicht en ruik aan het glas, hoor je de Italiaanse muziek al? Deze wijn neemt je mee naar een Italiaans hoogtepunt, mooie geuren van knapperig wit fruit zoals appels en peren. Maar ook veel grapefruit, limoen schilletjes en wat groene kruiden ruiken wij in deze witte Danzante. In de smaak de mooie rijpe aanzet van de Pinot Grigio druif, rijke indrukken van wit fruit, passievruchten en wat rijpe meloen. Deze wijn is heerlijk om te drinken met vrienden maar kan gecombineerd worden met gerechten zoals zeevruchten, gezouten vis, verse salades, gegrilde groente en natuurlijk een mooi stukje wit vis.Shipping Notes

Essential To Read Before the Class
Format: Paperback
This book provides a good overview of what you'll need to know for your AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) course and assessment. If you plan to take that course this book is a no-brainer. You just have to buy it and read it.
There are a few shortcomings:
* The photos of how to tie the knots skip a lot and it is impossible to learn the knots from the book.
* The photos of what not to do should be clearly labeled with a red cross bar or WRONG overlay on the photo. If you flip causally through the book and look at the photos some very wrong stuff is there and you have to read the text to know that it is not recommended.
* The religious debate on anchor systems rages on. Should you set up a Joshua Tree System with Tether or a Backside System? I realize the AMGA doesn't want to pick sides and will say either is acceptable, but the book doesn't even try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various anchor systems.

this book will get you ready for the course, but there is a lot to learn outside of the book as well. Training and time is the only way to become truly proficient at the skills out lined in this book. over all good book, quality pictures.

Great for semi-experienced looking to build on knowledge.
Format: Paperback
Fantastic instructional manual if you already have some basic knowledge of anchors, ropework and climbing technique. It is written as an instructional manual for climbers looking to turn into guides so if you're brand new this probably isn't the best option for you.
