Rosso rubino scuro, dalla schiuma più chiara. Al naso esprime belle note di more, di lamponi di ribes e di sottobosco. In bocca è asciutto, caratterizzato da una buona acidità e da una certa cremosità. Molto lungo, chiude su sentori fruttati, appena amarognoli.Ottenuto dallomonimo vigneto di 12,5 ettari situato nella storica zona di Castelvetro, il Lambrusco Grasparossa Enrico Cialdini è considerato come la massima espressione di questo straordinario vitigno. Le uve, accuratamente selezionate e raccolte a mano, vengono pigiate e vinificate a temperatura controllata nella cantina dove, dopo una lenta presa di spuma ed un adeguato affinamento, il vino viene messo in bottiglia. Il Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Vigneto Cialdini 2015 di Cleto Chiarli è un vino brioso e profondo, capace di stupire per le sue tante sfaccettature e per una distensione davvero fuori dal comune.
A tutto pasto, il Vigneto Cialdini è Lambrusco ideale per accompagnare paste asciutte, salumi e in genere i piatti della classica cucina emiliana.

Defected Item
I bought two pair of these slippers, one for each of my children. One of the slippers on the smaller pair is defected, but alas we are past the return period. I just hate that we spent a good amount of money for what should be a quality product and it is defected. I hate for her to continue to wear them and possibly injure her foot due to the way the shoe leans.
