Montage-instructies:

  1. Verbind de stokken (de stok met het gat moet bovenaan zitten)
  2. Schuif de stokken in de stoffen tunnels
  3. Bind de stokken aan de bovenkant aan elkaar en vorm de basis
  4. Zet de stof vast, trek het touw strak en de tipi is klaar om in te spelen!

    Let op: Alle Moi Mili-producten worden met de hand gemaakt in kleine batches. Het kan voorkomen dat een product op voorraad lijkt, maar uitverkocht is. In dat geval duurt de productie 2 tot 22 werkdagen.

      This is an extremely well made chair at a very competitive price. The packaging, assembly instructions, as well as the way the hardware was packaged and labeled is probably the best I've seen. I'm particular about tools, and the included allen wrench was better than the normal "included tools" so much so that i actually used it rather than one of my own. The assembly was easy, and the chair itself looks and feels very high quality, and is very comfortable. Perhaps best of all was the level of customer service. I emailed on a weekend to activate the warranty and request the free cushion they offer. I got a personal response in less than a day and they offered upgraded wheels for free as well. This is a company worth doing business with.

      I desperately needed a new office chair. I ordered this chair with the mesh seat and it spike up my sciatica. I reached out to the company and Alice took great care to address the issue. She sent me a new seat with a foam cushion and it resolved the issue immediately. The chair is incredibly comfortable with the lumbar support, adjustability and foot support. She also sent me upgraded wheels as my chair is on a thin chair mat on hard wood floors. Alice was extremely responsive with possible options and very thorough with instructions on how to replace the seat. It is a high quality chair that I anticipate will last me quite some time.       Great value and great customer experience

      I'm sure there are a lot of high quality chairs out there and this is one of them. For me, what sets this one apart is the customer experience from unboxing and assembly to customer care. The chair came in a surprisingly small box. To my surprise, the parts were wrapped in foam and then again in a high quality foil/foam packing material. Everything was well protected, densely packed, yet easy to unpack and locate the parts. The assembly process was straight forward as you might expect, but the attention to detail is remarkable. For example, the screws have thread lock (a dab of the blue "goo" to keep them from coming loose). Another example is the Allen wrench they give you. It isn't a cheap L-shaped wrench. It's a T-bar with a good sized handle. The parts all have slotted screw holes to give some tolerance in lining up the screws and a little bit of adjustment room. The instructions even showed how to use the box as a bench of sorts. You can tell the designers really thought about the assembly process. The chair came with a tag offering a free "upgraded foam seat protector cover" by sending them an email. Not only did they send one, the email response was from a human (I'm 99% positive) that asked how I liked the chair. I honestly responded that I like the arms to go down lower than this chair allows and said I might modify it. We exchanged a few messages about it and they ended up sending me some washers/spacers. It now fits my frame perfectly. Not only that, they offered to send me a different set of wheels that are more suitable for my flooring, which I took them up on. I didn't even ask! In summary, I am extremely happy with this chair and the company I bought it from. It is a fantastic value.
