The pouch tore at the seams as soon as my dog tried to pull out a Milkbone. Only small treats would fit in the slits, and he’d lose interest with them. The squeaker was useless due to the large size and hardness of the head. The weight and size of the head and the length of the toy might be a problem for smaller dogs. This toy was returned.
