Proefnotitie

Een perfect alternatief voor Champagne! De fijne bubbels en de volle smaak, gecombineerd met frisse zuren, maken van deze cava een heerlijk aperitief.

Over Portium

Portium is gelegen in het hart van de Penedès regio, 40 km ten zuiden van Barcelona. De 100 ha wijngaarden liggen beschermd achter het Montserrat-gebergte en genieten een Mediterraan zeeklimaat. De ideale omstandigheden voor kwaliteitswijnen! Het domein is opgericht in 1985 en heeft met zijn wijnen ontzettend veel bekendheid en populariteit verworven in Spanje, net als in de rest van Europa!

Vinificatie

De druiven worden heel zacht geperst en daarna volgt de fermentatie in september onder een constante temperatuur van 15 graden. De coupage en botteling vindt plaats in de winterperiode. De 2e fermentatie in de fles neemt anderhalve maand in beslag onder een constante temperatuur van 16 graden. Hierna blijven de flessen gedurende 2 jaar in horizontale positie in de kelders rusten.

Macabeo (45%), Parellada (20%), Xarel-lo (30%), Chardonnay (5%)

Wijn-spijscombinatie

Heerlijk als aperitief of bij vis, schelp- en schaaldieren.

Great quality, easy to set up.

I actually have this in my bedroom, replaced a non acoustic panel with it. These make a huge difference. As someone who is always playing music on their speakers I don't want to bother my roommates too much. Easily can hear the difference once these were in place. The panel itself is high quality and thick, what's a really nice detail is how they are attached together, there are multiple wedges just like foam noise dampeners which is super cool! This thing is easy to move around and can be folded for storage with ease. You get extra screws just in case you lose any, the feet are made out of metal which adds to the quality. There was a very slight chemical smell when taking it out the box, however that went away in just a few hours. I can imagine using this in a noisy office, surrounding yourself with these in a cube shape will make all the difference to focus on your work. These panels are great and if you're looking for quality, I'd say you can pick these up without worry. No issues on my end!
