Château le Canorgue is een klein, traditioneel familiebedrijf en ligt in Bonnieux, tussen Avignon en Aix-en-Provence, het hart van de Luberon. Nathalie is 5e generatie wijnboer bij Canorgue. Het gebouw is gevestigd op de funderingen van een oude Romeinse villa. Het Château is vernoemd naar de vele ondergrondse waterleidingen die door de Romeinen in de rotsen zijn uitgehouwen.

Funfact: de romantische comedy film ‘A Good Year’ met Russell Crowe en Marion Cotillard in de hoofdrol is op Château la Canorgue opgenomen (in de film Château la Siroque).
