De Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit is een upgrade-set die speciaal is ontwikkeld voor de Audi RS6, RS7, S6 en S7 (C7) met de krachtige 4.0L V8 biturbomotor. Het betreft een indirect intercoolersysteem (watergekoelde intercooler in de warme V) met een Competition-kern die +118% extern volume biedt ten opzichte van het originele onderdeel, voor een optimale koeling in het indirecte ladeluchtkoelcircuit.

De einddozen zijn vervaardigd uit hoogwaardig aluminium chill casting (kokillengietwerk) en geoptimaliseerd met moderne CFD-simulaties voor een gelijkmatige vulling van het koelnet en een minimale tegendruk. Dit ontlast de turbolader zowel mechanisch als thermisch. Een hittegeleidende anticorrosiecoating zorgt voor een langdurig optimale koelwerking. De set is een 100% plug-and-play-oplossing en wordt gemonteerd zonder ingrijpende aanpassingen aan het voertuig.
