Cabernet Sauvignon en Merlot Noir. De wijngaard ligt bij de monding van de Gironde die zorgt voor gematigde temperaturen in de winter en verkoeling in de zomer. De bodem van de wijngaard bestaat uit keien.

Vinificatie en fermentatie per perceel. Separate malolactische fermentatie in tanks en daarna aparte vaten per batch. De assemblage is bij heveling naar van 50 tot 80% nieuw Frans eiken. Rijping gedurende 18 maanden en na uitvoerige kwaliteits- controle wordt de wijn gebotteld.

Truffelsoep, visschotel, kalfsvlees, stoofperen.
