Een Sauvignon Blanc zoals de Loire hem bedoelt: fris, strak en verfijnd aromatisch. In het glas licht strogeel met een heldere, levendige glans. De geur opent expressief met citrus en grapefruit, aangevuld met tonen van passievrucht en frisse groene nuances van buxus en zwartebessenblad.

In de mond levendig en precies, met een frisse zuurgraad die het geheel spanning geeft. Sappige citrus en groene appel worden aangevuld met een lichte mineraliteit – afkomstig van de kalk- en vuursteenbodems – die zorgt voor elegantie en lengte.
