1. Leg je tanden 1 minuut in een beker met heet (bijna kokend) water. Dit maakt ze buigzaam en aanpasbaar.
2. Plaats de nieuwe tanden met behulp van een spiegel nauwkeurig over je bestaande tanden. Druk ze stevig tegen je tanden en tik voorzichtig met je duimen op het materiaal achter de echte tanden.
3. Na 30 seconden haal je de tanden voorzichtig uit je mond en laat je ze afkoelen in een glas met koud water. Het materiaal wordt wit als het uitgehard is.
4. De afdruk komt nu overeen met de vorm van je tanden en kan naar wens worden gebruikt.
