Doordat dit grillrooster van gietijzer is, is het bestand tegen nog hogere temperaturen dan een normaal bbq rooster. Ook kan het rooster daardoor warmte nog langer en beter vasthouden. Hierdoor daalt de temperatuur van het barbecue rooster minder als er vlees wordt opgelegd. Nog een voordeel van een gietijzeren grillrooster is dat het zwaardere gewichten kan verdragen dan een normaal grillrooster.

Dit half ronde grillrooster Large past perfect op een Divide and Conquer Medium van 18 inch.

Afmeting rooster: 38 centimeter

We hebben halfronde grillroosters voor 18, 20, 21, 23 en 25 inch divide and conquers.

Onderhoud van het grillrooster:

Voordat het gietijzeren rooster voor het eerst gebruikt wordt, moet het geseasoned worden.

Seasonen gaat als volgt, eerst moet het rooster goed worden schoongemaakt met water en afwasmiddel. Zet het vervolgens in de oven of op de barbecue (160-200 graden) en verwarm het rooster minimaal dertig minuten. Maak het rooster hierna goed schoon met een doek of keukenpapier.

Vet het rooster daarna in met Crisco, geklaarde boter of rijstolie en haal het overtollige vet weg met een doek of keukenpapier. Plaats het rooster terug in de oven of op de barbecue en verwarm het voor een uur. Laat het daarna afkoelen en neem het overtollige vet weer weg. Wanneer het rooster is afgekoeld, vet het dan nog 1 keer in. Verwarm het rooster nogmaals een uur in de oven of op de barbecue. Nu is het rooster klaar voor gebruik

Tip : Je kan de pan ook heel makkelijk seasonen met de handige pan coating spray (zie hier ).

Best toy I’ve ever gotten for my dog
The toy allows you to interact with your dog in a way that I didn’t realize was so important until I adopted a dog who was ball obsessed and a bit disconnected.
