Liquid D3 contains 5 micrograms of vitamin D per drop. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. This is easily absorbed thanks to extra virgin olive oil. 

• Children up to 4 years: 2 drops (=10 micrograms)
• Children 5 to 10 years: Maximum 4 drops (=20 micrograms)
• Adults from 10 years: Maximum 15 drops (=75 micrograms)
