- Licht en draagbaar: de slaapzak is 220 x 80 cm groot en zeer ruim. Na gebruik kan de slaapzak in een 37 x 18 x 18 cm grote opbergtas met een gewicht van slechts 1 kg worden geplaatst. Hij kan worden meegenomen, het is een goede metgezel voor campinguitstapjes.
- Nieuw ritssluiting De ritssluiting heeft een dubbele ritssluiting, waarmee je de slaapzak comfortabeler kunt gebruiken. Aan de voeten bevinden zich aparte ritssluitingen, die onafhankelijk van elkaar kunnen worden geopend en gesloten om ervoor te zorgen dat je er zeker van bent. De ritssluiting zelf bestaat uit een nieuw materiaal, dat duurzamer is en niet gemakkelijk breekt. Het heeft ook een warmte-isolatiefunctie en kan de slaapzak warm houden.
- 2-in-1 functie: de slaapzak kan in volledig uitgeklapte toestand in een dekbed worden veranderd, zodat je meer keuzemogelijkheden hebt. De U-vormige kap op het hoofd kan de dichtheid van de kap naar behoefte aanpassen en is uitgerust met een klittenbandsluiting om wind te voorkomen en warm te houden. De slaapzak kan na gebruik in de was worden gewassen. Het wordt aanbevolen dat de wastemperatuur niet hoger is dan 45 graden Celsius.
- Toepasselijke temperatuur Na de ontwikkeling en test door de productafdeling bedraagt de aangename temperatuur van de slaapzak 8-22 °C. Perfect For My Routine

I am retired military, so exercise has always been a part of my daily routine. Since the pandemic I have had to adjust, which is hard because the gym has the equipment I have become accustomed to. I didn’t realize how different it was working out there as when I started to work out at home on my hard wood floors (no carpet anywhere). I thought it would be easy but the military exercise mat is entirely too thin and was making my tailbone hurt tremendously, so I had to give up my sit-ups and some other ab exercises. This kind of threw a wrench into my routine and I could start feeling my motivation go away. I decided to take a look on Amazon for a thicker mat. I should have done this long ago because I found this one I’m writing about. It’s the shape of any typical exercise Matt except it’s 1” thick. It appears to be made of a type of foam (not bothering to look at the description right now). When I pulled it out I thought I was going to sink in making sit-ups even harder but it’s firm but not hard. I like it better than what is at the gym. Durability will be hard to determine until I’ve had it a while but I’m definitely excited to start back up on my exercises.
I recommend this mat if you have hard wood floors, bad back, bad knees, etc.
I thought I read some negative reviews about mats this thick because of yoga and balance but I beg to differ. If balancing is part of your exercise routine, then a mat which makes balance harder is exactly what you want. Exercise is supposed to be challenging and you need to work harder to see a difference. If that isn’t your goal or if balance is a medical issue, this may not be the right mat for you. Something you may not think about is I have chronic foot pain and this mat makes it less painful for me to stand or jump.
For me, this mat is perfect.

Nice, thick & comfy but came w/ punctures in foam; seller provided discount

I love the mat. It's thick and very comfortable on my knees. However, when I opened it for the first time at my yoga class, there were several cuts or punctures in the foam. I attempted to return it and the seller offered me a 10% refund due to the damage. I am concerned that the mat may deteriorate due to the damage it came with, but I need it and have no idea if the cuts will matter over time. So I accepted the $3 refund and am keeping the mat.
