Gevestigd in Jambles, in het hart van de Côte Chalonnaise, presenteert het domein zijn Givry en Mercurey wijnen. Georges Berthoux nam in 1958 het familiebedrijf over van zijn vader Charles Berthoux en begon met het verbouwen van wijnstokken voor de productie van zijn wijnen. Hij combineerde deze activiteit met schapenteelt. Gedurende bijna 40 jaar kocht hij percelen om zijn wijngaarden op te bouwen in de gemeenten Jambles, Givry en Mercurey. In 1993 kwam schoonzoon Pascal Danjean erbij en nam in 2002 de hele familiewijngaard over. Pascal Danjean en zijn zoon Charles-Antoine vormen nu de 3e en 4e generatie. Als liefhebber van het werk in de wijngaard beheert hij het domein volgens duurzame teeltmethoden om kwaliteitsdruiven te produceren en alle typische kenmerken van ons terroir tot uiting te laten komen. Oost Zuid-Oost 12 maanden in eiken vaten. (40% nieuwe vaten). Een krachtige wijn met kruidige aroma's en houtachtige, geroosterde tonen. Perfect te combineren bij wild- en stoofgerechten.
