Realizzato dalla cantina valdostana di Andr Pellissier, questo vino rosso ottenuto utilizzando esclusivamente uve autoctone di Fumin, da vigne del comune di Saint Pierre,

Al naso spiccano profumi di rosa, frutti di bosco, tocchi speziati di chiodi di garofano, pepe nero, liquirizia e sentori di tabacco sullo sfondo; al sorso è pieno, bilanciato, dal tannino levigato, con tocchi sapidi e balsamici sul finale.Realizzato dalla cantina valdostana di André Pellissier, questo vino rosso è ottenuto utilizzando esclusivamente uve autoctone di Fumin, da vigne del comune di Saint Pierre, caratterizzate da un suolo ricco di sabbia e depositi granitici di origine glaciale. Dopo l'accurata vendemmia, il vino affina in barriques di rovere usate per circa 24 mesi. Produzione limitata.
Ideale con stracotto di manzo e polenta.
