Vinificatie

Vervolgens wordt de temperatuur verhoogd naar 21 graden Celsius voor de eerste helft van de fermentatie en naar 32 graden Celsius voor de tweede helft van de fermentatie. Maceratie van 12 tot 28 dagen.
