The RAM-B-174-GA33U consists of a double socket arm, hardware for mounting to both brake/clutch reservoirs or bars / rails, diamond adaptor base and custom high strength composite cradle for the Garmin nuvi.


Designed into the mount is a 1" diameter patented rubber ball and socket system with adjustment points at the base and cradle. With a twist of the arm knob, you can move the motorcycle nuvi mount to your optimum viewing position. The mounting hardware for brake/clutch reservoirs include both standard and metric mounting bolts.

The cradle consists of a high strength composite cradle and hole pattern that will allow the attachment to all RAM components or mounts that contain the universal AMPs hole pattern.

The combination handlebar and brake/clutch reservoir base provides the ultimate flexibility for mounting to your motorcycle. Mount to either your handlebar or brake/clutch reservoir. Standard US or metric thread stainless steel bolts, provided in the kit for brake/clutch clamp attachment. If you want to go straight onto the handlebars the zinc coated metal U-bolt accommodates rails from 12.7 to 31.7mm in diameter.

To see if the base will mount to your motorcycle, check the hole spacing of the base against your clutch/brake reservoir. The hole centres have a minimum width of 0.94" (23.8mm) and a maximum of 1.58" (40.1mm).
