Embracing traditional production methods, Cazcanes No 7 utilizes 100% Blue Weber agave harvested from the highlands of Jalisco. The agaves are cooked in traditional brick ovens before being milled in a volcanic stone tahona. Fermentation occurs naturally, and distillation is carried out in pot stills, granting the spirit its rich and spirituous quality. It then rests in American White Oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months, where it acquires its golden hue and deep flavor, truly embodying the art of fine tequila making.
