Over three weeks, you’ll learn how to use a sewing machine while creating an apron, a French seam pillowcase, and a zipper throw pillow. Each class focuses on one project, building skills step by step. You’ll leave with finished housewares and real sewing confidence.

Materials
Provided: Sewing machine, coordinating thread, fabric shears, pins, marking tools, measuring tape, iron, and ironing board
Needed:
– Optional materials kit available for purchase (fabric choices selected in class)
– If not purchasing a kit:
• 1.5 yards medium-weight woven fabric (linen, denim, or canvas) for apron
• 1.5 yards medium-weight fabric for French seam pillowcase
• 1 yard medium-weight fabric for throw pillow
• 3 yards of 1" natural cotton webbing
• One 20" × 20" pillow insert
• One 24" invisible zipper
