- Tri-color quinoa is a delightful blend of white, red, and black quinoa. It is loaded with all 9 essential amino acids and contains almost twice as much dietary fibers as other grains. It has a mild, delicate flavor that is slightly nutty, making it a great addition to many vegetarian recipes.
- Quinoa is naturally gluten-free and very nutritious. It has become popular as an excellent source of plant based complete protein, similar to animal proteins. In fact, quinoa contains up to 50 percent more protein than other common grains, and it is also rich in other essential nutrients such as ALA Omega3, antioxidant, vitamins and minerals and insurable fiber that are needed to maintain a healthy digestive system.
- It also provides volume to the diet and makes us feel full without adding any extra calories.
- Quinoa also provides significantly more calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc when compared to other grains.

How do we use this product?
Thoroughly rinse quinoa before cooking. For Rice cooker: Add 1 cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
