Pour a small amount of the Hair Serum into your hand. One or two pumps are enough to take care of all your hair. Heat the treatment between your fingers, then spread it all over your scalp.Insist on the areas affected by hair loss. Apply more serum to sparse areas, where the hair is thinner and weaker.
Gently massage the product into your roots. Repeat this routine morning and evening for quick results. This hair care does not require rinsing. It does not make your hair greasy or leave any sticky feeling.
For better penetration of the treatment, use the Hair Serum on damp or dry hair. If you wash your hair before, apply it after your Deep Cleansing Energizing Shampoo.

Works for foot psoraisis

Got these for work (service industry) to reduce issues with psoriasis and blisters while putting on 20k+ steps a day. Over time the wounds healed and I could work without so much pain. I now don't use them all the time like I used to, only when a new lesion or blister appears, too prevent a breakout. Tip: if you're not in full breakout, wear thick socks under these as a barrier to friction.

Work well but run small

They do seem to run a bit small. I bought them for my bf but snagged them from him because I couldn’t resist! I’m about a W8/12 and they were just a little big but unlike others, I just put them on while sleeping and didn’t walk around with them. If you’re just planning on that, they did a great job at sloughing and moisturizing 😎

Good socks they work.

I normally wear size 13&half to 14 men's, and these fit me ok. They sit just below the ankle. They can get a little tight for me so you should look out for that if you are on the thicker side. But they work as advertised and help moisturize your feet. I recommend wearing them if you're going to just be hanging around home for a bit in one spot as they can be a little slippery to walk in if you go fast. Would not recommend going up and down stairs.
