• Spring-Driven Retraction: A factory-tensioned spring mechanism rolls the canopy back automatically — two people can set up or stow the awning in under 60 seconds, with no tools required after initial installation.
• Anodized Aluminum Hardcase: Unlike bag awnings that expose the canopy to road debris and UV degradation, the Series 2000's extruded aluminum case seals the canopy completely, extending service life significantly in harsh overland conditions.
• Teflon-Coated Ripstop Canvas: The 260 gram polyester ripstop fabric repels water and resists staining. Teflon coating prevents mildew from setting in during storage — critical for awnings that go weeks between uses.
• Full-Range Adjustable Legs: Legs telescope from 47" to 92" (1200–2300mm), accommodating uneven ground and letting you tune height for sun angle or headroom as conditions change.
• Aluminum Framework: All structural arms and legs are lightweight anodized aluminum — corrosion-proof in saltwater coastal environments and high-humidity climates where steel or powder-coated frames eventually fail.
• Three Size Options: The 1.5M suits smaller vehicles and compact builds, or works well as a rear-mounted awning on full-size rigs looking to add coverage off the back; the 2M covers a typical 4WD cooking and gear setup; the 2.5M creates a genuine base camp footprint for extended stays.

COMPATIBILITY

The Series 2000 mounts to virtually any roof rack or roof rails using the appropriate Eezi-Awn Series 1000/2000 Awning Mounts (sold separately). It is natively compatible with the Eezi-Awn K9 Roof Rack via a no-drill bracket system that captures the male aluminum welt on the top back of the case. G-Clamp OEM Rack Mounts are also available for vehicles with factory sport bars. Specific hardware requirements vary by vehicle — see the Awning Mounts page for a fitment guide.

Eezi-Awn Series 2000 Wall Sets are also available separately, offering an enclosed shelter option in 1.5M, 2M, and 2.5M sizes. Wall sets feature a door and optional window panels in 260 gram Waterproof Ripstop Canvas.
