This unique micro lot represents the innovation and dedication of a group of farmers from Palestina, Huila — one of Colombia’s most celebrated regions for specialty micro lots. The area’s high altitudes, fertile soil, and microclimate diversity provide the perfect conditions for exceptional coffee.

To craft Bounty Oasis, only the ripest Pink Bourbon cherries are handpicked, then fermented with a special blend of tropical fruits. Through a carefully extended 12-day anaerobic fermentation, the beans develop extraordinary depth and complexity.
