What’s the difference between PAX Starter kit and Complete kit?

Both kits include the same PAX Plus device. The Starter Kit is for flower out of the box and keeps it simple with the basics and cleaning parts you need to start. The PAX PLUS Complete Kit adds the useful extras that make life easier and more flexible. You get the Concentrate Insert for extracts, a Half Pack oven lid for smaller bowls, the Multi-Tool, a Premium Maintenance Kit, extra 3D screens, and both flat and raised mouthpieces. 

Pick Starter if you only want flower and the lowest price. Pick Complete if you want concentrates, smaller loads, and fewer add-ons to buy later.

How to Use the Pax Plus?

1. Fill the PAX oven with ground flower or load the concentrate insert with your extract.

2. Turn on the PAX Plus by pressing the center button on the mouthpiece.

3. Wait until the front petals turn green—you're ready to vape!

4. To adjust temperature, press and hold the button on the mouthpiece while on. The LED petals will cycle through green, yellow, orange, and red for different heat levels.

Temperature presets

Mode 1: Stealth Mode (≈182 °C)
Light and flavourful draws. Minimal vapour, dim LEDs, reduced vibration. This is great for discretion.

Mode 2: Efficiency Mode (≈193 °C)
Balanced extraction while conserving material across a full session. Choose this mode for a more relaxed session.

Mode 3: Flavor Mode (≈205 °C)
Gives a really strong taste and aroma; great with fresh, aromatic herb. Choose this session if you want to get everything out of your herbs.

Mode 4: Boost Mode (≈215 °C)
Maximum output for the biggest and more powerful draws. Ideal if you’re chasing stronger effects. Ramps harder for dense, satisfying draws and is useful to finish a bowl.

Battery life

In everyday use you can expect multiple sessions on a full charge, around 8 to 10 sessions. A fully charged battery will give two hours of active vaping, depending on your chosen mode, how firmly you pack, and how you draw. Lower-intensity modes and gentler, “sip-not-rip” inhales are kinder to the battery. Let the device cool between bowls and keep it at room temperature.

How to clean?

First, you let the PAX Plus cool, then empty the oven and give it a quick brush to clear loose material. Pop out the removable 3D oven screen and swab the oven, screen and vapour path with cotton buds lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol. Avoid dripping liquid into the electronics! Wipe the mouthpiece, too, and run a pipe cleaner through the airway if draws feel tight. Let everything dry completely before reassembling. 

Charging

Use the official PAX USB Charge Cable (the magnetic dock that snaps to the contacts on the device). It will take up to 2.5 hours to fully recharge. When all four LED petals are lit, the battery is fully charged.

Pax PLUS vs Pax Mini

If you want the simplest setup, the PAX Mini is the tiny, no-fuss choice. It is lighter and its smaller oven uses less herb. It is flower only and has one temperature. It also does not give a buzz when it is ready.

Pick PAX Plus if you want more control and fuller taste. You get four heat modes, a slightly stronger battery, and faster charging. It stays easy to use, but gives you more ways to fine-tune your session.

Pax PLUS vs Pax Flow

PAX Flow heats faster and uses hybrid heating with more convection. That means denser vapour and a more open draw. It also recharges in about 40 minutes.

PAX Plus has a slightly bigger battery, so it can last a bit longer between charges, though a full charge can take 2 to 3 hours. It is a bit smaller and simpler to use, with a focus on ease.

If you want stronger sessions and do not mind a slightly larger device, go Flow. If you want a compact, straightforward daily vape, go Plus.
