The Stress-Fix aroma is shown to reduce feelings of stress and is formulated using the science of aromalogy and the power of pure essential oils. Organic sugar exfoliates and softens skin. Formulated without: Animal-derived ingredients, silicones, gluten, mineral oil, SLS/SLES, synthetic fragrance. Follow with Stress-Fix Body Creme or Body Lotion. Make it a ritual: Draw a warm bath and light an Aveda candle. Add 2 tablespoons of salts. Soak in the tub with your eyes closed and take a deep breath. You can also perform the "bumblebee breath" by slowing exhaling as you make a buzzing "Mmm" sound.
