DOM MICHEL LAFARGE BOURGOGNE ALIGOTE RAISINS DORES 2021Volnay's clay limestone soils in the Cte de Beaune are the engine behind Burgundy's most compelling Aligot, and it's from a single 0. 8 hectare parcel of that terroir that Domaine Michel Lafarge produces Raisins Dors sourced from massal selection vines planted in 1937. The domaine farms biodynamically, certified by both Ecocert and Demeter. Whole cluster pressing and ambient yeast fermentation are followed by aging in used barrels for 15 to 18 months.
