Otherwise for fall I highly recommend pairing it with opaque tights, knee high boots or ankle booties. You could even pop it over a sleeveless mock or turtleneck to go full Winter mode. In excellent vintage condition.

I would call this a size Small / Medium. There is some nice stretch to it but the knit is a lovely tight knit which really helps the dress keep a smooth drape. I would call it fitted.
