The Nick Lucas Supreme Koa model was introduced in 2015 by the Gibson Custom Shop as limited edition model. The back and sides are AAA Flame Koa with lots of tight waving that really accent the koa's natural color. The Adirondack Spruce top has a nice tight grain with very straight lines across. The "C" neck profile leans towards the skinnier side with not much shoulder allowing the player to form bar chords easily as a well as the ability to wrap a thumb over the neck. Gibson really tied this model together by choosing an all abalone inlayed guitar with  multi-ply binding construction, and a fire stripe pickguard to compliment the honey burst finish.

This 2015 Gibson Nick Lucas Koa Supreme is in very good condition. There are two small finish chips present at the rear-center of the headstock per the photographs. The damage is purely cosmetic and does not affect the playability or integrity of the instrument.
