The diameter of tubes is 1 7 8" with . 065 wall thickness. This kit includes (2) 3 8" thick LS CNC laser cut flanges. Great vest. I love the slim fit. It looks very nice on my son, not baggy or boxy looking like some vest. My son has used it for several occasions including a wake, a Beta Club induction, awards day, and soon his graduation celebration at church. The quality and material are good. The vest is really nice and great quality, but it does run a little smaller than expected. I would suggest sizing up if you want a more comfortable fit. Other than that, it looks very sharp and well made.
