ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Chad Hall has been coaching leaders since 2002. He is Founder and President of Coach Approach Ministries, a training organization that develops great Christian coaches around the world. Chad served as the Director of Coaching at Western Seminary for nearly a decade and before that was an internal coach with software leader SAS Institute. He began writing in 2000 as a way to develop others and grow leaders. Most of his writing focuses on coaching, leadership, and personal development. Chad is a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne College, Duke University, Princeton Seminary, and Western Seminary. His doctorate focused on the integration of positive psychology in church leadership.
