Health Benefits
Indian Jalap is used to treat fever caused by pitta, fever, edema, anaemia, ascites, constipation, hepato-splenomegaly, hepatitis, abdominal tumors, wound, worm infestation, and various skin problems. It is also used in piles, obesity, cough, asthma, flatulence, gout and rheumatism.
How to Use & Dosage
- Take approximately ½ to 1 teaspoon (≈ 2–5 g) of the powder once daily with lukewarm water, after a main meal (breakfast or dinner).
- If you are new to this herb, then start with the lower dose (½ teaspoon). After one week if its suits you then increase gradually.
- For best results use consistently for 4–8 weeks.
