These application-specific roll bar mounts were CAD-designed to install with no cutting or drilling required! Backlight Functionality. Both the SS3 or SS5 pods included in our Stage Series A-Pillar Light Kits feature a brilliant Amber backlight. This integrated backlight gives you an additional accent light, along with the main beam. The backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic, providing a more unique and modern look than the small indicator LEDs found in other products. To power the backlight, use the included harness to tap your desired vehicle function. Built to last. The mounts in this kit utilize an HD mounting block to handle the extra weight of an SS5 pod. This compact mounting solution installs in just minutes with a 5mm Allen wrench and can be mounted in multiple positions, allowing to you shine light where you need it most. Focused. Optics like reflectors or simple lenses lose light internally and to glare. However, the custom-engineered TIR optic in the SS5 and SS3 collects all of the light from the LED, and directs it only where you need it, drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency.This Part Fits:

A Year’s Supply in One Bottle, But 10mg is Potent
I picked this up mainly for the value factor. Getting 360 tablets in one bottle means I don't have to think about reordering for a very long time, which is convenient.
The "fast dissolve" claim holds up well. You don't need water to take them; they break down quickly in your mouth without leaving a gritty residue. The berry flavor is decent—since it is naturally sweetened, it doesn't have that harsh chemical aftertaste that some sugar-free brands have, though it is slightly chalky compared to a gummy.
The main thing to be aware of is the dosage. 10mg is a heavy dose if you are accustomed to the standard 3mg or 5mg tablets. It definitely works to put you out quickly, but I found that 10mg can be a bit overkill for a standard night. The nice thing about the tablet form (vs. a capsule) is that they are easy to snap in half if you want to taper down to a 5mg dose to avoid feeling groggy the next morning. If you have a high tolerance, this is a great bulk buy, but beginners should probably start with half.

A primal book on being a Leader and Being a Servant

I believe I would spend much hours, and perusing Greenleaf, its so simple and
easy to grasp, yet profound and worthy of reflexion, action and again meditation
one would find that Hesse's "Journey to the East" will projetc the light of another
protagonist, then Journey itself, because its the Journey that brought the new
enligment, the growth and change, everything that happens in it is relevant,
indispensable and necessary, therefore it behooves us to read Greenleaf's
Servant as Leader, many times over while we ourselves take this
Servant Leadership Journey, with its help maybe we will discover a
a new and magnificent way to better ourselves, and help others
grow, develop their potential and become themselves Servant
Leaders, there is a great need in todays world for this type of
mindset, have you started your journey?? Grab this book,
and follow along, you certainly will not regret i!

I found “servant-leadership” as the best way to lead by the simple fact that, despite or even in spite of being counter intuitive and a paradox in itself, it is what Jesus showed us as “the way” - Do you want to lead? Be the last. That’s leading.
