Because these items ship directly from our partner brands, the supplier handles the return. When you request a return, we notify the supplier, who will send you a return shipping label—usually within their standard 2‑day processing time.
Fees & Shipping
Under Shopify’s default settings, suppliers typically charge no return label or restocking fees. Your return will go straight back to the supplier’s warehouse.
Refunds
Once the supplier receives and approves the returned item, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method.
Multiple‑supplier orders
If your order includes products from different partner brands, you may need to submit separate return requests.
