マイクロモザイクとは、イタリアの伝統的な工芸品。金属やガラスの枠に、小さなガラスパーツで動植物や風景などを描いた作品です。
こちらはロープテクスチャーのメタルの縁取りの中に、細やかなマイクロモザイクが敷き詰められて花が描かれたデザイン。
ブルーに鮮やかなオレンジ×レッド×ブラックの花が映え、周りのカラフルなモザイクとのコンビネーションも絶妙。
気分まで華やがせてくれそうなお品です。手仕事ならではの温かみがあり、どこか懐かしい気持ちも抱かせてくれます。
