Noble Hill s Chenin Blanc is a unique expression of terroir, crafted from both old and new vineyards on the Simonsberg slopes. The wine is fermented with wild yeasts in concrete vessels and clay amphorae, then aged on the lees for 9 months, resulting in a complex and nuanced profile.
