Dido and Jurriaan Morsink, originally from Amsterdam, made wine all over the world before settling down in Catalonia, Spain, purchasing 9.5 hectares of vineyards in Alt-Empordà and making their first vintage with their own grapes in 2018. They farm holistically and chemical free, and live off the grid among the vines, using solar panels and well water.
Here, Cabernet Franc grapes underwent carbonic maceration for seven days before ageing for six months. The result is fruit-forward, with a light spritz, and big notes of blueberry and cherry.
