This Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition '51 Nocaster is a prime example of excellence in guitar craftsmanship. The painstaking attention to detail in its construction is apparent with each and every appointment. Its Aged Nocaster Blonde nitrocellulose lacquer finish with Super Heavy Relic treatment could fool anyone into thinking this is a 70+ year old guitar, though it is fresh right off the Fender Custom Shop inspection bench. The relic'ing process touches nearly every piece of the guitar, down to the vintage-style tuners, pickguard, string-tree, and control knobs. It's two-piece ash body features gorgeous grain all throughout that can be seen clearly where the finish has been worn. Its rift sawn maple neck is shaped in a '51 Nocaster fashion, and feels as close to the original as can be. The fingerboard melds vintage and modern spec's together, sporting 21 medium vintage-sized frets, with a player-focused 7.25"-9.5" radius. Two dynamically responsive hand-wired Fender Blackguard pickups are at the ready for classic Fender spank, twang, and sparkle. This Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition '51 Nocaster is one very special guitar that seems impossible to say "no" to as every single part of it demands a resounding "yes."
