Fender’s classic choice of alder acts as a solid springboard from which great single-coil tonality can leap with some quick riffs and chords. This model’s Modern “C”-shaped maple neck fits comfortably in hand, making for easy travels across the shorter twenty-four-inch scale length. Matched with a slab rosewood fingerboard measuring with a radius of 9.5” and adorned with twenty-two Medium Jumbo frets, the playing experience across the entire scale is easily fretted, effortlessly accessible and endlessly exciting.

Tonally, this Player II Series offset comes alive with two Player Series Alnico 5 Mustang single-coil pickups in the neck and bridge positions.
