In 1993, he bought Chteau Plain Point in Fronsac and established himself as a very talented winemaker. Attracted by an evolution in terms of vintage, Michel Aroldi acquired Chteau Dompierre on the Pauillac terroir. He attaches great importance to respecting the ecosystem , the terroir and the vintage.
